They’re two performers who had probably the biggest year of anyone on the OCW roster: KrackerJak and Adam Brooks.
Late last year, KrackerJak said that “big plans” involving “pinning everybody” were on the horizon, while Brooks hinted at having been “approached by another high profile wrestler who hasn't had much luck when it comes to big matches.” So it seems this pairing had been in the works for quite a while.
The partnership of Krackers and Brooksy should make for an interesting formula. Both men can go pound-for-pound in mat-based wrestling as well as a more high-flying style, and one only has to look at Brooks’ ladder match against champion Andy Phoenix or KrackerJak taking on Tommy Dreamer, for example, for their hardcore credentials.
But how will two of OCW’s biggest and brashest personalities fare as a team? Krackers has only recently started to take into account the welfare of anyone other than himself as we saw with his befriending of the departing Alexi Papadopoulos. Brooks, on the other hand, has been focusing on stealing the show as a singles wrestler. The “Loose Bastards” look good on paper, sure, but will their individual attributes work to the detriment or benefit of the team?
On the other hand, with shake ups to the OCW roster, is there anyone with the credibility and tenacity to rival Krackers and Brooksy and prevent them from seeing silver in 2015?
